We want you to love your Aaradhana Collections purchase — if something is not right, here is how we make it right.

This page sets out how our returns and refunds work, from eligibility to the timeline for getting your money back.

Eligibility

Items must be unused, unwashed and in their original packaging with tags intact to be eligible for a return within 7 days of delivery.

Once your return is received and inspected, approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Customised or made-to-order items — including bespoke dhoti-shirt combinations — may not be eligible for return unless found defective on arrival.
